Invisalign is a modern clear aligners that straighten your teeth without wires and brackets, using a series of clear, customized, removable trays called aligners. It’s clear, not visible, which means hardly anyone will know that you’re straightening your teeth. It's also clean because you can take them off and brush or floss your teeth, which is a great advantage compared to regular wire braces where food get impacted in the wire and in-between your teeth and it's very hard to clean your teeth properly. Invisalign treatment is usually faster too but of course it depends on each patient's needs.
How Invisalign Works?
First thing you have to do is to visit our office and find out if clear aligners are right for you. Our dentist will take a look at your teeth and present you with best solutions. Once you decide that Invisalign is right for you, the dental team will scan your mouth using digitally advanced technology. Following that, your dentist will present you with the best customized treatment plan and will give you a preview of how your teeth could look like after using Invisalign. Once you approve the process, your aligners will be sent for printing and later shipped back to your dentist, ready for your to use.
